Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Team

We are looking to recruit an outstanding Executive Assistant, interested in developing their career in a growing charity, to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting time of development for the organisation, and you will need to be a motivated and proactive individual who is able to work on their own initiative.

The EA to Chief Executive Officer will act as the first point of contact within the charity team for staff, trustees, governors, local authorities, parents and others seeking contact with the CEO. You will be required to undertake a full range of secretarial and administrative duties for the CEO and with them, ensure the efficient and effective running of their office and daily business.

With proven administrative experience, the ideal candidate will show good initiative, enthusiasm, and have a problem-solving approach to new challenges. An excellent communicator, you will have outstanding attention to detail and have the ability to manage a varied and busy workload. You will be a positive and enthusiastic team player, whose proactive and efficient approach will support the CEO on a daily basis. To further your career and experience, you will also have the opportunity to attend EA professional development courses. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is essential to this role as well as a passion for the work of the organisation.

Location: Charity office (currently based at 140 Woking Close, London, SW15 5LD)

Salary: SO1 – SO5 (£33,560 - £37,800)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
