Mental Health Awareness Week 2019

18th May 2019

Post-19 students at the park

At BeyondAutism we take mental health very seriously, both for our students and our staff. With this week being Mental Health Awareness Week we scheduled a number of activities (additional to the regular sessions) to promote health and wellbeing.

We have a number of Mental Health First Aiders who have organised and run the various events throughout the week. Students have spent time in the local parks, had yoga sessions and enjoyed art activity time. Staff events have run on a similar theme with movie nights, zen time and yoga!

Our Mental Health Team are always available to provide information and support to anyone who needs it. It’s ok to not be ok.
