LeafBug Autism Life Coaching and Mentoring

LeafBug coach neurodiverse persons in essential skills for the work place, social situations and personal relationships – supporting them to develop their self-confidence and self-belief. The focus is helping individuals to uncover their unique strengths and talents to thrive in daily life.

​My experience includes working with executive dysfunction, sensory processing differences (SPD/SPI) alexithymia, oppositional defiance (ODD), learning differences and social anxiety.

I also work as specialist mentor for students in higher education with autistic spectrum disorders –facilitating individuals to develop effective studying strategies whilst supporting them to reach their full academic potential.

Of course ‘life happens’ and at various times, I too have been propelled off my path due to circumstances for which I felt I had no control. But with a positive outlook I have found that these experiences have enabled me to learn and grow and have opened new doors.
